Breakfast is part of the Cameron's Crag experience. Menus vary but a typical first course may include a fruit parfait layered with blended yogurt, fresh fruit, granola, and topped with a dollop of homemade whipped cream. For the main course, perhaps an Unfolded Omelet served with a side of sausage links and fresh-baked Irish Cheese Scones or Apple Streusel Muffins, a glass of juice, and a cup of fresh brewed coffee. Or maybe your menu will include our Decadent French Toast and Pecan Praline French Toast served with an assortment of toppings along with Canadian Bacon or Country Ham.

If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

GRANDMA'S OZARK LEGACY

A unique collection of "old-timey" Ozark recipes, most of which were in use at the "turn-of-the-century." Recipes are written like the "handed-down receipts" and the ones in the old books, in prose form. They include the colloquialisms indicative of that era in the Ozarks. Many of the recipes and methods have been "handed-down" from Grandma, to mother, to daughter for generations.
